Ingredients

- ½ cup rolled or quick oats
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2 tbsps chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Add all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, into a blender and blend until fully combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish or 8 oz ramekin. Bake for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Tips
- After the oats are fully baked, add additional toppings. Drizzle more nut butter, add extra maple syrup, and maybe even a splash of milk!
