- 1 bag of small bell peppers
- Olive oil
- Garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with baking paper or foil.
- Place washed bell peppers on the sheet pan.
- Pour olive oil over the bell peppers, making sure that all bell peppers are coated with oil.
- Lightly sprinkle garlic salt on the bell peppers.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- After they bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turn each of the bell peppers over and lightly sprinkle with salt again. Bake for another 20 minutes.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Tips
- Can be served cold and prepared the day before serving.
