Roasted Bell Peppers

Ingredients

Servings: 6

  • 1 bag of small bell peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with baking paper or foil.
  2. Place washed bell peppers on the sheet pan.
  3. Pour olive oil over the bell peppers, making sure that all bell peppers are coated with oil.
  4. Lightly sprinkle garlic salt on the bell peppers.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. After they bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turn each of the bell peppers over and lightly sprinkle with salt again. Bake for another 20 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Tips

  • Can be served cold and prepared the day before serving.
