Oatmeal with Fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 1

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1-2 cups of any fresh or dried fruits.
  • 1-2 tsp seeds/nuts
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Add water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, add in the salt and oatmeal.
  3. Stir often until it reaches the consistency of your choice and the water evaporates.
  4. Remove from the heat and place into a plate. Top with any fruit and nuts/seeds of your choice. Serve.

Tips

  • If you are using dried fruits, you can add them in with the oatmeal. This will soften them.
  • Cinnamon and coconut flakes are a nice addition.
