Ingredients

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 cups of any fresh or dried fruits.
- 1-2 tsp seeds/nuts
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Add water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add in the salt and oatmeal.
- Stir often until it reaches the consistency of your choice and the water evaporates.
- Remove from the heat and place into a plate. Top with any fruit and nuts/seeds of your choice. Serve.
Tips
- If you are using dried fruits, you can add them in with the oatmeal. This will soften them.
- Cinnamon and coconut flakes are a nice addition.
