- 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey)
- 1 onion
- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 350F.
- Dice the onion and fry with the vegetable oil for a few minutes.
- In a blender, blend together the cooked onion, bread, egg, and salt for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix with the ground meat and form patties.
- Grease a deep glass dish with butter and place in the patties.
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip them and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven.
Tips
- Kotleti can be refrigerated once cooled and later reheated in a microwave.
