Banana Matcha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana slices, frozen
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
  • 2 tsps flax seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tips

  • Either ceremonial or culinary grade matcha can be used for this matcha smoothie.
