Miso Soup

Ingredients

Servings: 1

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
  • ⅛ cup sliced tofu>/li>

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Mix the miso paste with a dash of hot water until combined.
  3. Add in the remaining amount of water. Stir.
  4. Add in the tofu and seaweed, letting it sit for 1-2 minutes. Serve warm.

Tips

  • Add a dash of sliced green onion.
