Ingredients
Servings: 24 cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cupps oats
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- With an electric mixer, beat the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, beating until well combined.
- Add oats and baking soda, mix on low speed.
- Stir in the dried cranberries.
- Drop two tabletspoon sized portions of dough onto a baking sheet. Flatten and shape the dough into a cookie with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before transferring.
Tips
- Substitute dried cranberry for chocolate chips or add walnuts.
