Ingredients

- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 large carrots
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 can of canned green peas
- ½ lbs of ham
- 8-10 dill pickles
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and carrots (in its skin) under a lid until they are easily pierced through with a fork. Cool down to room temperature.
- Dice the potatoes, carrots, eggs, pickles, and ham into small cubes. Add into a large bowl.
- Add in drained green peas.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Add in mayonnaise (spoon by spoon, until the desired consistency is acheived).Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tips
- Add the pickles to taste.
- Add 1 tsp of mustard if desired.
- Use a mandoline slicer to easily cut up the vegetables into small cubes.
