- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 lbs onion
- Salt to taste
- Cumon to taste
- Olive oil
- Pumpkin
Instructions
- Chop the onion, grate the carrots, and chop the pumpkin into small squares.
- Pour and heat a little olive oil in a pot.
- First, add in and fry the onions. Then, add in the carrots.
- Add in the pumpkin and season with salt and add cumin.
- Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Tips
- A pressure cooker can be used instead. To use one for this recipe, place everything into the pressure cooker at once with 1 cup of water. Cook for 8 minutes.
