- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp cloves
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 9 in. pie dish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Mix together the pumpkin, sugar, and spices.
- Add the evaporated milk and eggs until well mixed.
- Pour into the pie shell.
- Bake at 425F for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350F and bake for another 35-40 min.
- Cool completely before serving.
Tips
- Do not over whisk the eggs. This will help avoid air pockets that can cause the pie to crack.
