Ingredients
Servings: 1-2 potatoes per person
- Desired amount of young potatoes
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a sheen pan with baking paper or foil.
- Cut the potatoes into 6 wedges.
- Pour olive oil over the potatoes and add the finely chopped herbs and garlic salt to taste. Mix until well coated.
- Place the potatoes onto the prepared sheet pan with the skin facing down.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
Tips
- Add any of your favorite seasonings that you have on hand.
- Fresh herbs may be used as well.
