Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 1-2 potatoes per person

  • Desired amount of young potatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper flakes (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a sheen pan with baking paper or foil.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 6 wedges.
  3. Pour olive oil over the potatoes and add the finely chopped herbs and garlic salt to taste. Mix until well coated.
  4. Place the potatoes onto the prepared sheet pan with the skin facing down.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.

Tips

  • Add any of your favorite seasonings that you have on hand.
  • Fresh herbs may be used as well.
